totally agree. Its not the breed of the dog its how the dog is raised and unfortunatly people get certain types of breeds and raise em up wrong and the breed suffers the sterotype.

more availability oif training is key yes but anyone thinkin of a powerful breed should firstly have prior knowledge of handling them. And secondly i don't think free lessons is important if you want a rottie pit or whatever you should be willing to incur whatever costs having one includes ie the premium i seem to pay for insurance cuz my dogs a rottie

lol thx man. sometimes i think.. how do idiots get into power? Its like wit the Pits… they were banned a while back. Altough people still hav them.. they r beautiful dogs. so loyal and alert. great with kids. but some fool encourages the killer instinct and then the dog attacks someone. now "all pit bulls are evil". its stupid. tryin to erase a problem quickly. its the same wit gun crime.. they r tryin to find immediate solutions to gang violence and shootings.. its jus lazy governemnt.

Exactly, we pawn the problems around us and our own negligence on dogs. Hello?? They are animals! They don't have the same inherent sense of right and wrong. They rely on us to teach them. Any attacks are far from breed issues, but solely owner issues. You also make an excellent point of providing free training lessons for such breeds. At least provide a few sessions free and THEN pay for any extra sessions that dog may need. Good idea!

we got the same problem in UK wit da demonization. its ridiculous. pure ignorance. anythin to point da blame at for problems in society. they never think.. "mayb its us whos the problem." they should atleast hav compulsory FREE trainin lessons for powerful breeds.

I've owned 2 …
I've owned 2 Rottweilers and currently a blue-nosed APBT. The total opposite of what these morons that demonize them spread around like a cancer. In fact my first rotty always sensed my disability and always protected me from the neighborhood kids and next left my side for a second. I miss them both so terribly much. good for you for doing this clip, i have a rotti and im sick of people telling me to watch her with the kids one lady actually had a go at me for having a rotti and kids together- you can imagine what i said! i said her tongue was more vicious than my dog! my rotti is the softest dog with kids and we always go to fun dog shows and she always walks away with prizes , her last was 1st prize for prettest bitch.people need to learn the owner is more dangerous than the dog.

Statistically, small dogs such as Yorkies are more likely to bite than a Rotty, Pitbull, Dobby, Staffy and of the strong breeds. These strong breeds require firm handling and proper care.

Yorkies and even Labradors are statistically more likely to bite due to their vicious attitude for attention.

This video proves that with proper care, these amazing breeds can be friends more than symbolic representatives of the pet world.

I've seen way more aggressive yorkies/maltese/shi tzus than rotties or pit's.
people underestimate the small dogs, they can be very vicious. i've had experience in dog grooming and the only aggressive dogs i've come in contact with were small, mostly shi tzus, bishons and yorkies some maltese and chiuaua(sp?). They CAN bite hard and it does hurt!

I own (4) rottweilers from the ages of 7 years old to a years old and they are my babies all of them. When they see me coming with the leases they all sit and wait for me to lease them before I open the door to the pin and I am 5'2 and I walk them down the street as the drivers pass us they get OMG look that I'm walking them not them walking me. So love on them as they are a part of the family!!!!!!!!!!
