Just a curiosity that i have seen on the news or law enforcement tv programs that i have only seen about few times a k-9 rottweilers.Are they to much more aggressive an little bit harder to train then German Shepard's as a k-9?
my uncle is a police officer and a k-9 trainer he trains rottwellers more than german shepards rottwellers are more aggressive and bite ALOT harder. in matter of fact al the k-9 units in my town use rottwellers its proly just were u live that u see the lack or rottwellers but there common here.

I live in Colonie New York and all of our K-9's are German Shepherds , I would imagine that Shepherds are used because they are very smart and loyal.

I have seen one, his name was "TANK" he could find a suspect in 10 feet of water, but he also tired easily because he was so darn big!!!!
