We recently lost our Rotty & we’re looking for a new puppy but I can’t seem to find any bitches for sale in devon or cornwall. ?I have checked through many websites but can’t find any new posts 
Can anyone help??
You have 3 options:
1) Find a reputable breeder in Devon or Cornwall, visit, get approved and wait for their next litter.
2) Go further afield to another breeder who is having a litter a little sooner but is further away.
3) Go to your local dog home and pick up either a rottie or another equally deserving pooch in need of a good home.
I know you are probably keen to get a new pup but waiting for the right one is probably the best choice rather than answering an ad from a BYB.

Search for local Rottie rescues in your area. That way you can get the breed you love while helping out a dog in need.

I recently lost my Rottie, too. Sorry for your loss. But now that you’re looking for another Rottweiler, you could look in a shelter. Yes the dogs are there for a reason, but not because they’re aggressive. I highly recommend a shelter, they have great dogs, and you’re probably saving ones life. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about you’re loss. Have you tried epups.co.uk, think you need to reg with them thou, but they’ll put you in touch with a rep breeder in you’re area. I bought my male rottweiler pup, 10 months ago by putting a wanted ad on various web sites i.e. ad trader, sun local, gumtree etc, and the ads were free. I only had to wait a week and found the perfect breeder, thou I’m in paisley, scotland. Wish you good luck and hope you find you’re perfect pup!

Contact the South Western Rottweiler Club – they should be able to put you in touch with a reputable breeder. Do not use a site like Epupz unless you are very experienced in spotting a scam or backyard breeder – especially in a breed like Rotties.

Many reputable breeders do not respond to emails only phone calls – there are too many scams out there and caring breeders like to deal directly with prospective owners.
