Consider checking out your local shelters. There are tons of purebred Rotties that need homes.

And you know exactly what your getting since the dog will likely be full grown.

The only way to judge how a pup will mature is to examine the dogs most closely related to him. Check out the parents, check out the siblings from earlier litters. Check out the parents’ relatives. If you like what you see, you can approach the breeder and discuss what you want in a Rottweiler, and they will explain to you whether they can accommodate you.

There is a GORGEOUS adult purebred rottie at the Pasadena Humane Society looking for a home. The card said they think he is already housebroken and he’s well behaved, knows all his commands. Much less work than a puppy.

    Did you try petfinder.com?

    Another website to try is:

You want to be very careful with puppies. There are a lot of BAD breeders out there breeding rotties (in Los Angeles). A cheap puppy will cost you thousands in hip replacement surgery before your dog is even 5 years old. Good luck with your search.
