It’s unlikely you’d get a Rottweiler for free anywhere – and remember that if cost is an issue you should have second thoughts abought owning a dog. Do your research and make sure you can afford to care for one before you get one. NO do is ever "free", and the ones that you get for nothing usually end up costing way more over a lifetime than one you pay heaps of money for!
