It really depends you can even get some for free. If you want a well bred one then i would go from £400-£600 or if it’s a muscular german line rottweiller you pay from £600-£800. Good luck with raising your future dog.
i bought mine for $500. but i think i got him cheap. just look around. the prices will vary

a Rottweiler needs to be from a good breeder that has
experience and a real breeding program, because Rottweilers
are a strong breed and only the calmest and friendliest dogs
should be bred.
In Germany they go for around 1600 Euros.

A REPUTABLE breeder, around $1000 and up.
from a Mall pet shop or any like it, Around $1800.
from a scum bag BYB, around $100-$400.
from a shelter/rescue, around $50-$200.

A nice pet quality Rottie with health tested parents is going to cost $1,500 down to $1,000.
You would not want anything cheaper then that, because I promise you the parents would not be health tested.
Keep in mind buying a puppy that winds up having hip and/or elbow dysplasia is going to run you $12,000 in surgeries to correct both hips and both elbows.
I have an aquaintance who just spent that for surgery on their 17 month old dog.
