I was given a puppy for free and her mum and dad are rottweiler.Where can i take her to register her in Atlanta Ga because the owner does not have any papers for her.

You can only get papers from the "breeder" IF they are legitimate. Otherwise, you’re out of luck, and don’t need them unless you’re planning on showing him and/or breeding him but he is obviously not of sound breeding stock.

If you are not going to show or breed her, and you shouldn’t, why do you want to register her? By the way, unless her breeder registered her or her parents, you can’t.

You can’t register her with any reputable registry; you can’t prove shes pure. She may look mostly like a Rottweiler, but that’s not proof.
Get her spayed and you can register her at the AKC as a mutt so you can participate in their obedience, rally, tracking and other performance events.
Also, getting her spayed will make her annual dog license cheaper.

The breeder has to register her. You can’t. But you do have to get a dog license for her… for that, contact your local city-run animal shelter.

You can get her licensed once she has her rabies vaccination take her info to the city clerk’s office or wherever dog licenses are issued from. You can’t "register" her as in get a pedigree for her, unless her parents were registered.
