SSRR dogs are temperament tested and waiting that great forever home. Even if the dog is not close to you, we can have volunteer transporters bring him to you. So don’t let distance stop you from adopting your new best friend.

Whatever you do please buy a good one, or you could be spending out more money than the $1,230 on vet bills.
We still have health issues with rotties and ill bred can carry HD, ED, OCD and entropian in particular, all of which will be expensive to put right.
Being in the UK I can’t help you – although I do know a couple of breeders in the states – one of which judges and she would have a network of people she would know.
The thing is — if you are the sort of person that a good breeder would like to see with one of their dogs, then they very often sell you a dog cheaper which is not going to make the show ring and would not be bred from.
Best of luck, and I do sincerely hope you do want him for the right reasons otherwise please don’t get one.

Also to the poster – if you get a rescue then the health of the dog will of been checked out.
