I am so sorry to …
I am so sorry to hear about Gibson, my bullmastiff got cancer a few years ago and died after 9 months of fighting valiantly. I've never stopped missing him…Hope your little boy's coping with the loss
I'm so sorry to …
I'm so sorry to hear this. I love your videos, Gibson is such a sweetie.
I've never written …
I've never written that he died before. But in December he caught cancer and we where about to take him away, but when the test results came they said it wasn't cancer. But this time it came back with the same symptons as in December, but this time it was ten times worse so we had to take him away.
sweet friends.
sweet friends.
Thank you. That …
Thank you. That was the same thing I said. Bowing to attack is the dumbest thing I ever heard, man.
Hey your dog, this …
Hey your dog, this "Gibson", he has the ability to resucitate, doesn't he?
I mean, he had already died last year.
And now he died, yet again.
I've heard about nine lives of a cat, but never about any dog having more than one….care to explain it to us?
Where did you get …
Where did you get all this from? Bowing is a play position, it's asking to be played with. If a dog is getting ready to attack, it's not going to put its feet in front of its teeth; teeth are the weapon, feet are needed to run away.
you have a …
you have a wonderful dog!
Which ones the …
Which ones the rottweiler
It's amazing LOL… …
It's amazing LOL…..
And think about it …
And think about it - that's like a boxer putting his hands on the ground in a fight. And I bet you have no proof of this either - just you're not trusting of dogs. Almost every dog in the world bows to signal it wants to play just like mine puts it right paw in the air to let me know it has to use the bathroom outside. Dogs are NOT complex beings.
And in reality, a …
And in reality, a dog bowing and then attacking is stupid. Dogs get into a certain position to attack. A dog bowing to attack is the dumbest thing I ever heard, a dog's head is its main weapon - why would it put its head down to the ground first? Not only that, but dogs aren't elusive when they attack. They are DIRECT. So, get a reality check, buddy, because when a dog attacks, it's not going to use tricks to fool you. All dogs give warnings. Only bad dogs give no warning.
Nope. afraid …
Nope. afraid position is the dog's hackles up, hunched back, ready to bite. Submissive is tail between legs. Dogs don't bow when they attack. They get stiff and attack. Tail wagging means the dog is comfortable. Dogs show aggression thru stiff body, intense gaze, teeth showing, ears erect (not for floppy ears though) it's different when a dog has a biting problem - that's not aggression - that's bad training. An aggressive dog will not wag its tail. Tail wagging shows an excited dog.
In reality what you …
In reality what you call the "play position" can also be called the "attack position" or the "afraid/submissive position", and it has nothing to do with "bowing and showing care or respect".
And wagging tails depends in the context as well (position of the ears, the look of the eyes, the position of the neck, the nose and the whole head/body whole), and if you take the "wagging" as a "friendly sign" always you may end up being hurt.
Actually, dogs …
Actually, dogs learn "limits" during their litter days. They bite each other and yelp thereby learning that THIS is too hard. Also, you have to train the dog not to mouth you. C'mon this is a Rott chewing on a baby's hand. It doesn't take much for him to do damage since the baby is gentle but he is surprisingly gentle with the chewing. He has a good owner. Dogs show care by licking and jumping, relaxed mouths, play position (mean they bow) and the universal sign - wagging their tails.
o how wonderful… …
o how wonderful…
That's why the dog …
That's why the dog chooses to "chew" on the hand, even when the feet is closer.
And most dogs "know" or "sense" when that biped animal in front of them is a "child" (a human puppy ROFLMAO).
A dog doesn't have …
A dog doesn't have many ways of showing he cares, physically and mentally.
So what they do is to "bite" without using force, as to show they could do damage, but they choose not to. And a rott could do some serious damage.
We do the same, the first "sign" of non-aggressivity to be used worldwide was and still is showing a hand with the palm opened and facing the others, and that's why the handshake used to be done with both hands, as showing there were no weapons hid in the other hand.
aaaw he was chewing …
aaaw he was chewing on his hand but not even hard enough for the baby to feel pain it's like he knows that he's a baby and not to hurt him
o, then thats ok, …
o, then thats ok, lol just sounded like you had done it when you were older. my bad, no offense meant
cause i was like 3 …
cause i was like 3 months old then
what a great …
what a great realation between the dog and the baby those dogs are great
I love this sooo …
I love this sooo much. Gorgeously well trained dog! We're on our second rott and he couldn't be sweeter–though last year he was attacked by a pitbull and gets uneasy around other dogs, he's still REALLY good around people… And as for the dog that he was attacked by, you can't blame it either–it's the way the dog is raised, not the dog be it rott, pitbull, or beagle.
If we were to "ban" …
If we were to "ban" those who kill without reason nor justification, Humans would be in pretty deep shit, for we should ban ourselves……..don't you think? I mean, of course we could also say all animals are gifted with reasoning as we are…..
Rottweilers are …
Rottweilers are nice dogs…
They are loyal and nice…
Why did they ban this breed?
