Why Do U See People Dragging Staff Bull Terriers and Rottweilers on Lead?

Don't make the same mistakes I made with my Rottweiler!

why do u see people dragging staff bull terriers and rottweilers on lead? i seem to see people dragging their staff bull terriers and rottweilers on lead recently.

Its because they are both powerful breeds and the owner is not training them correctly to walk on a lead. I see it most commonly with people who have pit bull/staff type dogs. They don’t know how to train them and probably should not have that type fo breed.

They are sad enough to think it makes them look hard!! The poor dogs must be humiliated beyond belief having to go round with such dead beats.

they are not dragging them. the dog is bulling on the lead because they want to run off, i wouldn’t want a dog like that being let of a lead, all dogs do it.

Easy, staffs, rotties and other large dogs require a firm manner, if they are not able to be a strong pack leader then the dogs will take advantage and want to go their way, so the owner has to pull them in the direction they want to go in. People like that cant handle them correctly and shpuld have gone for a chihuahua or other small dog instead. If they want a big strong dog then they need to go to obedience classes or become a stronger leader, Simple
